The Bridlewood Homeowners Association, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation, is responsible for the management and administration of the community. Management services include grass cutting, snow removal and storm basin maintenance. Funding is provided by annual dues. Bridlewood Estates is a planned adult community consisting of 148 single family, age restricted, residential dwellings. The unattached ranch style homes are located on spacious lots with a total area of approximately 40 acres in the Township of Deptford, Gloucester County, New Jersey.
The Deptford Mall and several shopping centers are located within a 3 mile radius. Inspira Hospital in Mullica Hill is 6.3 miles away. Inspira Health Center is 3 miles away in Woodbury; ER and Outpatient services. Jefferson Hospital is 6 miles. Rowan College at Gloucester County and the Gloucester County Institute of Technology are within 1/2 mile walking distance of Bridlewood Estates.
A Senior Center building, immediately adjacent to the property, was built by the developer and conveyed to the Township of Deptford. This Senior Center is used by the association for its meetings and is the site of numerous social club activities.
